1. Who may use the portal
The portal is a private business application. Access is granted by 1REALTOUR to employees, contractors, and client users through an invitation or an account we create for you. You may use the portal only within the scope of that authorization, and only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password and any session tokens confidential, do not share your login, and tell us immediately at support@1REALTOUR.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when an engagement ends or when we suspect misuse.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data, projects, clients, or tickets you have not been granted permission to see, or attempt to bypass role or department scoping;
- probe, scan, or test the security of the portal or its supporting infrastructure without written authorization;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
- scrape, bulk-export, or resell portal data outside of the export features we provide;
- interfere with the operation of the service, including its APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
4. Content you submit
You keep ownership of the files, messages, tasks, tickets, and other content you put into the portal. You grant 1REALTOUR the rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content in order to operate the service for you and for the client or project it belongs to. Content submitted to a client workspace may be visible to other authorized users of that workspace.
5. Our intellectual property
The portal itself — its software, design, and documentation — belongs to 1REALTOUR and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership in it. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the portal except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
6. Third-party services
The portal integrates with third-party services for hosting, authentication, email delivery, error tracking, monitoring, and AI-assisted features. Data may be processed by those providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to their services.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal available and to give notice before planned maintenance, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1REALTOUR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1REALTOUR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the portal. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for portal access in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
You may stop using the portal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your engagement with 1REALTOUR ends, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections covering content rights, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and this section survive termination.
